K5 carb boots
« on: March 10, 2023, 03:49:14 AM »
Ok ladies and gents. I’m in need of some advice. I’m going to replace the carb boots and filter boots on my k5 while I’m cleaning/rebuilding the carbs. I’ve searched adnauseum for boots and carb kits and the prices and quality seem to be all over the place. I respect the experience in this group and covet your recommendations on both carb kits and carb boots. Thanks in advance!!!

For the rubber boots, and the carb kits, only from Honda as aftermarket is junk(leakage problems). South Sound Honda in Washington usually has the best price on line and sometimes JT Mark's(NOS parts) has them.
Be sure to reuse only the original Keihin brass parts or if someone has already put in aftermarket brass carb parts replace them. Jets are us is a supplier of Keihin brass  as Honda doesn't have them.

8,9,10,11 for carb boots and clamps
