Yeah I’m always impressed with how the financial institutions always seem to come out on top Per. I was hoping that my retirement fund rebounded after last year, but that’s probably just wishful thinking. The interest rates are scaring off buyers here, they auctioned the house next door to me last weekend and I don’t think anyone bought it. That might not be a good thing, if it doesn’t sell and goes on the rental market I could end up with a bad neighbour, which would suck after many years of good ones. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Terry, you could take care of the potential bad neighbor problem,if it came to that.

Who want to rent when there is a bad old man next door?
A scary biker on top of everything ;D

You need to show them in your garden close to next house.

Ha ha, maybe I should invite Dion and his chapter of the Outlaws MC over for a BBQ? Or maybe Brian’s club? Nah, that might piss off my good neighbours. I’m not surprised if it didn’t sell, the inside pics of the house look great but his backyard is awful, I looked over te side fence which has been falling down for years because he’s got some massive trees that need to be chopped down or severely trimmed before a new fence can be built, and under the deck there’s still old tyres and rubbish everywhere. My backyard is just as bad, but of course I’m not trying to sell it. ;D
