Hello, curious if anyone has ever attempted to modify the PD46C choke. It uses a cable and I find it doesn't work great. I was thinking of modifying it to work like older carbs where there's a lever on the metal rod connecting the butterfly valves. Basically a more direct connection.
The rod connecting them is solid metal I assume? So I could possibly remove the cap at the end and attach a small lever somehow. Has anyone attempted this before? Is it possible they used the same hardware from the older carbs and I'll find a way to attach the lever under the cap?
I'll attach a picture of the cap I'm referring to
What bike is this on??
