That's an interesting list: I see more size #110 than #115 mainjets in the 77K PD carbs I get, with mostly #105 size in the &*K.
I would recommend that chart's numbers in those cases, though, give modern fuels. Run lower octane, too, like Regular or Midgrade instead of Premium.
