Ok last weekend I ran a couple quarts of E10 87 octane with a T or two of Marvel Mystery oil in each quart. Had resigned to having to ultrasonic clean carbs but the 2 quarts seemed to smooth things up decent, runs and idles decent.
During the week I got new wiring harness made up for windjammer using a DEUTSCH connector. 50 year old vetter plug was toast.
Today was another big day, 230a alarm, 330a work clock in, 1030 work clock out.
Pulled front wheel, pried 30 year tire off. Cleaned rim with 4.5” grinder and aggressive wire brush cup wheel. Installed new rim strip, tube, and tire. Reinstalled wheel.
Had groceries loaded in car at mao mart. Removed rear wheel, pried off 30 year old tire. Cleaned rim, installed new rim strip, tire, and tube. Reinstalled wheel, lubed chain.
Assembled front brake caliper with red rubber grease and new pads, bled front brakes. 5pm it was supper and now it is break time.
