DC4 like other similar products works great on connectors, most excellent around battery terminals etc. Basically seals out moisture and prevents corrosion like most electrical greases. Nice thing is it's safe for plastics and most rubbers-'warning do not use on condoms lol'. You will never have green battery connectors even if you use this stuff sparingly. Even dual purpose Silicone Brake Caliper Grease can yield very good results although some will say otherwise, simply because someone told them it is impossible to have a silicone grease that works on both electrical and braking slider pins. This stuff works great on saltwater personal watercraft to combat corrosion. The nice thing, it does not run and make a mess like ACF50 and Rustcheck sprays/liquids. Anything plastic friendly and reasonably suitable is better than nothing at all. I have used DC4 on a 15 year old 600 hour jetski and found in the engine bay it will soften up sparkplug rubber sealing boots over many, many years but not to the point of making the boots useless.
