74 CB750 rear wheel inner hub bearing spacer dimensions?

First post be easy... I'm working on replacing my rear wheel bearings. The wheel bearing on the brake side was not flush in the hub. If I seat the bearing my brake hub drags. The inner spacer appears to be a piece of 3/4 pipe it measures 3.42" long. I'm assuming the previous owner used it to clearance the brake hub. Maybe I have a mismatched set up?
Does anyone have the dimensions of the inner spacer? Thanks for any advice or help.

I might have a rear wheel off a bike around here, will check today. I won't get back until tonight, though.
