Battery Life
« on: June 05, 2023, 06:49:00 AM »
This inexpensive KMG battery has been in my CB’s and KLR650 since 2017. Still going strong. I have 3 or 4 in use and amazing life span.

Good to know, batteries don't like this climate, I start paying close attention around the 3 year mark on the regular vehicles.

I buy these from a local distributor, on line. They ship via regular post (non hazardous goods!) and show up in a few days. Excellent value and they seem to hold a charge forever. In winter, I sit them on a shelf and give them a short charge in February. I’ve never killed one, but I do move on the oldest, if I sell a bike…….. Last one was +7 years old.
