Topic: Who has the best deal for shipping.. ?

I'm sending a 12"x14"x17" box of motorcycle parts that weighs 60# across country here(95616 to 21215)and was wondering who has the best deal;USPS,Fedex,etc. ?
I haven't shipped stuff in a while.. and I know the price of everything is going up  and was curious what any of you have experienced before doing my 'rounds' of the local shipping places around here. thanks,Bill

Go on line and check with US Post Office. A buddy of mine sent a set of carbs to Mike Nixon (via Canada Post). When he returned them (same carton/ same weight) the USP cost was 1/2 the Canadian charge!

Greyhound bus lines ships stuff for really cheap, but it's gotta go station to station.

I just had a nightmare experience with Uship on a bike (that I hope is being resolved today) but if you're flexible and don't care about time they can be decent.

I like how I can get an estimate, buy and print the shipping label [UPS or USPS] and just drop off the box at a local pickup spot or post office - no waiting in line.  You can also get a receipt with tracking info.

This is the future of shipping!

I think USPS prices have been going Up lately

An antique dealer friend of mine used to ship Mission Oak furniture through Greyhound. I was skeptical but he said it was a good deal and they can get some good size stuff in their holds.
