HondaMan ignition Site

Can’t seem to locate.  Keep getting “internal server error.”  Any ideas how to access?
Tried through previous posts by Mark but keep getting same error message.

1972 Suzuki GT380 I had charge of it for a year in 1973 while my friend was deployed and learned to love street riding....
New CB450 K7 after my friend returned...
New CB750 K5 Planet Blue, demise by ex cousin in law at 9,000 miles...
New CB750 K6 Anteres Red, to replace the totaled K5, I sold this K6 at 45k in 1983, I had heavily modified it, many great memories on it and have missed it greatly.....

Yeah, the whole OSCommerce group seems to be down, and has been for a couple of weeks.  >:(
I can't even contact the server group, either, as I get that same message from their address. Ever since it was sold to someone and moved to Ireland (so I was told) it has been constantly hacked and the whole customer database gets filled in every 2-3 weeks with 'bots trying to sell porn, drugs, and get-rich-quick schemes. This whole year since last November I've spent every Monday night cleaning out those entries, for hours on end. Having it down has actually improved my garage time...

Does anyone know a web-spinner who might help me wrest my domain out of that loser of a server group and help me make a new site?

He's a techie that knows his stuff and just moved the forum to another server.

I'm busier than I have been since I had my shop in the 1970s! I've got a bench full of half-finished Ignitions and Fuseblocks, and Resistor Packs. There's 6 bikes and 5 engines here for rebuild, and others chafing at their bits to send in - but, I only have a 1-car garage!

Maybe the site being down is a [temporary] blessing? I've long wanted to remake it because the editor is extremely limited and doesn't even provide a way for me to respond to inquiries directly: I've always had to keep the SOHC4shop@gmail address open for those responses, in an attempt to reduce confusion. I was able to piggyback a messaging post to that Gmail when someone queried, but that was the limit of the functions. It only allows for tiny pictures of the items, too, and no way to catalog the manuals there so users could download them at will: they always have to send me an email and then I can send the instructions, but that takes at least 24-48 hours for the response, which the Internet should not suffer. That's not what I consider 'good user access' to a product. :(

Still down, any luck Mark?

I was able to get my domain (SOHC4shop.com) unlocked from the dying/dead servers. It is up to Network Solutions now to recover it from them and make it available again to me. Then I have to find someone (and someplace) else to make me a website. I also need to put the domain back up, but my last e-mail says it is 'locked' for a while (either a couple days, or might be 2 months, can't find out yet). Apparently this delay is automatically done to help prevent theft of domains very quickly: moving it from one hosting site to another is purposefully slow.

The site where it was hosted since 2006 was iPage, which was taken over by someone else (who stopped maintaining anything for anyone). The iPage hosting company is now a part of some entity called ENOM. Any attempts to contact ENOM get a "We don't know you" response, while contacting iPage tech support routes me back to ENOM. If I didn't know better, I'd think it was a part of the federal government...

or one of their competitors. no overhead costs in development or maintenance. just works and save from 'attacks'.

Thanks, I'll look into those. I did a little tutorial at Squarespace, but it wanted to make something far bigger than I need. I also don't need/want a commerce $$ engine, as my identity was stolen (thru no fault of mine) in 2006 and I can't use any form of digital transfer of dollars without them vanishing. The thief(s?) have automated anything related to $$ and my online identity, and it finds my online incoming transactions in less than a day - so I don't do it anymore: I lost thousand$ before getting it shut down tight.

I was/is/am a Controls Engineer, 40+ years of designing automated machine hardware & programming (prefaced with 9 years of designing computers before the PC we all know and hate now was invented by IBM), so I've programmed in something like 21 different languages (remember FORTH? Now THAT is a cool language...) on more platforms than I can remember. My favorite was/is high-end PLCs from Mitsubishi, the fastest-running, most stable CPUs on this planet for automation work and communications with anything that reads digital circuits. The bottom of the pile (for me, anyway) is Windows, since it cannot be secured in any wise. :(
