Hello from Oklahoma!
« on: July 17, 2023, 10:35:04 AM »
Hi all
My name is Scott and I've been riding and wrenching on bikes my whole life. 64 years worth.
I've owned a few 4 stroke Hondas over the years though my true live is 2 stroke bikes.
I currently have 2 in my barn. One is a 79 XR185 that is a project bike. The other is a 75 CB400f.
The 400 is a new acquisition and why I joined the forum.  Looking to get on the road after 20 year nap.
I've added pics of them and also a pic of me from way back on my old CL360 when I had hair.

 Thanks for adding me!

Howdy! Welcome!
I used to have an '81 XL185 years ago. It was a great bike.
Wish I'd never sold it.

Welcome, nice choice of bikes.
I'm currently working on a 78' KL 250 for the boy and we resurrected our 75' CB 400-4 back in 2018. The KL 250 is in pieces at the moment. 8)

Welcome from NE Minnesota,

Many bikes have taken 20 year naps without requiring removal of heads to be brought back to life.

Welcome aboard from NH Scott. Nice bikes you have.
I also started out on 2 strokes, but Suzukis, that a friend had me take care of them while he was deployed in 72 and 73, a TS185 and a GT380. I had charge of them to keep them exercised weekly. When he got back I bought my 1st Honda, a K7 CB450.
