Honda 550F carb connectors

1976 Honda 550F with 069A carbs.  Are the carb sync screw connectors needed? Cant seem to find one.

What? 4 screws with washers blank off the holes where adaptors go
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

The carb slide adjustment screws/nuts have a thin metal piece that goes under nut from carb 1-2 and another similar piece between carb screw/nut at carbs 3-4. I need one. Or maybe I don't. IDK

Those are to stabalise the adjusters and they are needed, i have seen them on ebay and i think 4 into 1 do them
