I wish these bikes could talk! I think the previous owner came from the Arnold school of mechanics. If tight is good, really tight is better. I'm surprised he didn't pull the spark plug threads out of the head! And the SAE bolt he used as a drain plug (with saw marks on the end of it) is another story. Good thing I have a spare oil pan to use while I repair the current one.
Anyway, now have spark, headlight bracket and broken turn signal replaced, front brake now working.
Next, the carbs come off.
