It's been a while since I updated this. Today we installed a new clutch and springs. I'm going to sell this and the day before a guy was coming to look at it the clutch started to slip around 7000rpm when hard on the throttle. The springs were all .5mm from the minimum. That doesn't cut it with this kind of power.
We also added a half turn to the mixture screws because of the new exhaust. It seems to be running better than before but as soon as the weather clears up the test ride will tell.
