 Does anyone know of  a rebuild kit? All I found is a reference to a wheel cylinder seal and o rings. Toolomatic stopped making the parts. I'm not yet sure if it's 3/4 or 7/8" still soaking.

Is it one of this design? The Pagehiln M/Cs used on Seeleys are a copy of those, and I did find a source for rebuild kits a couple of years ago, Andover Norton. However it is smaller than 3/4", nearer to 1/2" iirc

The casting is different but I've seen that type used on go karts and are the same internally but the go kart guys ran out of parts too. Thanks that might be the clue I was looking for.

 I pounded it apart today, just a cup and an o ring with an orifice at the small end of the spring I did not think to measure the ID of the cylinder however.

  I would not be surprised, you have the coolest under bed storage I know of. This was in the load of things I drug out of my new friends basement. I ran the scotchbrite hone through it, the inside looks good.
  The plunger seems to have a chip out of the end where the lever pushes. I probably won't use it unless I find a full kit.
 Edit it's a 5/8" ID. looks similar to kawasaki pistons.

Getting rebuild kits for Grimica calipers is also near impossible.   Midwest Calipers - http://midwestcalipers.com/index.html here in Canada has made up kits for me in the past.  They may be able to do the same for the Airheart parts.

Just ran across this thread.  Sorry for the late post.

 I obtained a kit here in Phoenix for an Airhart that was on a sidecar rig I had a few years back.  If there’s still a need, I could look that place up again.

 I still have it parked in a toolbox. I was going to look for new rubber and was told a wheel cylinder kit could work, but the piston end was chipped where the lever pushes against it.

 I got the mounting and lever parts located, the inside parts loosened up and polished the inside of this old M/C. It's a 5/8" and most of the guys that posted online don't think much of them, but they were all running 8 or 10" brake rotors on Airheart calipers on choppers.
 I found a 5/8" rebuild kit with a piston that appears the same, I'd like it better if the piston was 14mm though. It would take a lot of testing to get me to use it on the street.

I have a couple NOS Seeley Pagehiln master cylinders that I got from my friend who was the Seeley importer to the states in the 70s here in my home town.
They are a bit different than the one you posted Tim. I need to open them up and inspect them at some point. Do you have a supplier of the rubber parts still?

Hey Newday, my Pagehiln looks the same as yours, the photo I added above is its Airheart relation.
 
This is the seal kit that I used https://andover-norton.co.uk/en/shop-details/18419.
 I didn't need to use all the parts in the kit, just 2 of the seals. It works great though.

A drag bike tribute re-build. I've got a bike that was a street freak/bar hopper and drag raced by a friend that passed away a few years ago. I'd likely just show it. If I am impressed with it all it might make a drag strip pass or two but not as a regular use dragbike.  This M/C was on it and looks good, in the boxes of stuff that came with it I located the correct lever and handlebar clamp, I'm willing to give it a try just for the looks.
