71 cb750 oil pump o rings?

does anyone know the size of the o ring on the pump cover( the one with the three screws), cant seem to find it anywhere, i had the cover off and the oring dosent seemed to be damaged but should i replace it anyway since i have it off?

If you're talking about the 3 o rings that go over the dowels that locate the pump body to the engine case they are 15 x 2.5 according to my parts book. If it's not damaged and feels soft it may be ok.

That's what Honda calls a "non-service" part, you can only buy (or could once) the entire pump assembly - #1 on the diagram. So the only source is aftermarket, either find the correct size or get the appropriate diameter cord and glue one up. If it's not damaged I would just put it back in. I don't think it seals any major leak source, only whatever oil leaks past the outer rotor should get to the seal.

Hi you can buy these parts from david silvers here in the uk , i have just replaced the 3 seals and the 3 dowels  ;),  mick.
