Trying to post a photo

I'm on an andriod ph/device, so I don't think I can post a photo I can't even see the instructions.

I'm not a techie so I can't get you the instructions but I've found that taking pictures on my android I have to screenshot each picture I take, this reduces the file size somehow and it meets the size requirements of the antiquated forum size.(no disrespect given, just the facts).
Just the way I've worked around the requirements of file size. (accidentally by posting a screenshot I'd done)
I even went to the phone store to try to get them to set my phone to take pictures that fit the forum size requirements and even the manager couldn't do it......
