CB750 oil lines
« on: September 11, 2023, 03:28:42 PM »
Hi,
Just wondering what you guys are doing in relation to the CB750 oil lines? I have a leak on one of my CB750’s from one of the oil hoses. I have determined which hose is leaking. It’s a bit of an oily mess after a ride. I’ve looked on FleaBay and seems like a lottery as the hoses are mostly used. Buying a NOS hose requires selling a kidney! Are there any other good options?

I took mine to a hydraulic shop and they used my ends and crimped in new hoses.

IIRC, it was ~$75.

You can cut the crimped fittings off the stock hoses and replace the hose with stuff from the auto parts store and a couple of hose clamps for a few bucks. ;D

Thanks Scottly! Some really good info in that thread. I think I may end up doing what you’ve done, for now.
