fork brace
« on: September 15, 2023, 07:19:58 AM »

i have a cb750k4 and i have installed lower fork leg of a 750f to be able to install calipers and rotors from a vfr750 1995.But now i would like to install a fork brace that would allow me to also install fork gator just like my k4 had before.Does this fork brace exist!?

bert, I think you can use the fork brace for the 750f.  It will have the correct lip to attach the short dust boots.  I am about 80 percent sure that this lip will engage the earlier gators just the same.
If it works good, it looks good...

The only one I've found available is in England.

ok, I just compared a Tarozzi fork brace to K1 forks and the lip is the same

lol, not often that I have parts in question in the same location as internet access.

Also, Tarrozi part number for sohc 750f 1975-6 is 22-0037  apparently nla, at least from Fast From the Past.  There may be a different part number that still fits and functions for say...750F 77/78 or cb550.  I dunno...
If it works good, it looks good...
