Rickman fairing brackets
« on: October 12, 2023, 04:18:50 PM »
I have a 3/4 Rickman fairing to mount on my CB750. I have the main "birdcage" that holds the front but I'm missing the two side brackets. I had the same style fairing on a KZ650 years ago so I know the side brackets are quite simple and should be easy to fabricate.
Does anyone have this fairing and could either post some pics or measurements?

Thanks

Thanks B thats great.
If you laid a ruler across the 2 bolt portion what would be the distance to the flat of the single hole part? Different from side to side? Both mount to the rear upper engine mount bolt correct?

Thanks again.

No problem. They are slightly different, but they do end up on the top, rear engine bolt. The Rickman frame is a bit different back there. I’ll measure the length of the two legs tomorrow.

Here you go! The other side is slightly longer on the long side and shorter on the short side…… to suit the Rickman Frame.
