Keihin PD41A vs PD41B
« on: November 12, 2023, 03:53:03 AM »
Is there any physical difference between the carb bodies, specifically the diameter of the carb mouth on the cylinder head side, of the PD41A fitted to the K7 and the PD41B fitted to the F2?

I have a set of PD41B that I would like to fit to a K7 392 head. The inlet rubbers for the F2 410 head will not fit (too large for the inlet stubs on the K7 head), so I am hopeful that the difference lays in the inlet rubbers with them being sized to fit either the K7 or F2 inlet stubs, but with a common diameter that fits the PD41 carbs.

The part numbers for the inlet rubbers differ between the K7 and F2 which is one indication, but then so do the carb body part numbers.

Does anyone know? Cheers.
