I just wanted to update on the slow flashers.  We just replaced the flasher with a new unit from David Silver and cleaned up the contacts and it makes a huge difference on the flashing.  Its like what I could consider normal.  Thanks everyone for your input on this, I know it has been a few months ago now.

Good job! When all new it will last quite a few years, usually.
