« on: November 22, 2023, 08:55:39 AM »
Hello Gentlemans.
I bought a CB 750F1
Vin number CB 750F103....
And the engine case number is:B750GE-1006056

Is it the engine case from CB750F2?

And where is ,,C'' letter...

It's been said that GE stands for general export. Perhaps not.

In the US a F1 is a 1976 CB750F. Is yours a 77 which would be our F2 with a 75/76 engine instead of the "black" engine with the larger valves, etc?

The casting of that case looks very rough vs a die cast. Can you post a few more pictures?

Europe got different bikes than the US. All of the VIN and engine data provided for US bikes may not apply.

There was simply not enough room in that rectangle, because of the extra letter 'G'.
Did you check p.4 of this partslist? https://www.honda4fun.com/dwnload/Part-List/CB750/CB750-F2-F3-Parts-List.pdf

It appears that you have a F2 motor number as you have a European motor. No C on the European F2 motor.
