What is the length of stock rear shocks '78 K-8?  Thanks

Stockers measure out at 13 3/8 inches from the eye hole center to the clevis hole center.  This converts to 340mm if you care.  Don't know if the earlier shocks were a bit different in specs.

Thanks for th info.  I am 5' 10" and I can barely touch the ground on my bike.  I was told on this forum that the back shocks were probably changed out for taller ones to suit a taller rider.  I just want to make I order the right size.  Any tall rider out there want to swap shocks?
