Joining the forum

I have a friend I used to ride with and told him to sign up here. He is an old fart like me and is having trouble joining. He says he has answered the questions a couple of times but is not getting anything that says he is accepted.  What directions can I give him to get on board?

Thanks in advance, he is a riding buddy from 50 years ago, and just picked up a 750 like the one he had back in the day.

Thanks Steve, I wasn't sure where to put my question.

It can also be caused by the browser.
Some browsers will stop pop-ups making it impossible to purchase things, answering questions/verifications that pops up.
Firefox as one example. Brave work better in that matter.
