I am the newest member of the CB crew. I just purchased a 1980 CB650 for $400. This IS my summer project. Although my wife may think different ;D  Look for updated pics throughout the project and most likely I'll have questions. LETS GO SABRES!

Whoa!  Someone else in Buffalo has a SOHC4??  All I see riding around town are Harleys & Sport bikes.  Good news indeed, and welcome.  Where are you guys located?  I'm in Lancaster.  I know there's a couple of other 550's locally on the board here, so the WNY contingent grows.  Go Sabres!

Besides e-buy and that new, monster Honda dealer (Ray Laks Powersports) on Walden (ca-ching$$)?  Ha, ha!  There used to be an old guy with a little shop on Aero that worked for a long-since departed Honda dealer, but I noticed that recently the sign is gone and there's a chain locked across the drive.  He had a late-model 650 for sale last summer, but I think it's all history now.

...and then theres this --> http://www.sohc4.us/forums/index.php?topic=19494.msg203269#msg203269

Welcome from Westchester County NY. I think I am a CB crew of one around here.
Dedicated to Sgt. Howard Bruckner 1950 - 1969. KIA LONG KHANH.

But we were boys, and boys will be boys, and so they will. To us, everything was dangerous, but what of that? Had we not been made to live forever?

Welcome from outside of Binghamton!  On my last ride of the year (3 January!), I discovered that we are a crew of two down here.

Westchester is the first County north of the City. I spent a lot of time in Binghamton years back. I replaced my fork seals last year, no more wheelies for me. LOL
