HELP identify the correct oil tank?

Working on the K6 and I have two tanks “on the shelf”. I’m assuming the one with all the extra catch tanks and breathers is for my 1976 cb750K6. Can anyone confirm?

K6 on left. No top vent or back lower vent.
Right is K5 and earlier.

K6 on left. No top vent or back lower vent.
Right is K5 and earlier.

Stu….. Thanks for that. I fitted the wrong one today! It had a wear spot that appeared to match the frame scratches. Fooled me.
          That single bottom vent seems to have a rubber sleeve stuffed in it, at the front. I suspect it just connects directly to the rearward facing vent at the rear of the transmission?
           The K6 has a really long vent pipe from the cam cover breather that goes all the way back to a nice bracket on the right passenger foot peg. No other vents at all. Same on your K6’s?

My K6 had that when I bought it.
Today a shorter hose. Stock went hard and bad after all years and rebuilds.
K6 has thicker breather spigot on case- hose- oil tank spigot than the earlier.

If I could find the longer hose and a new bracket I should change.
Less smelll when waiting for red light a not windy day.

The stock hose is thin walled, thicker over carbs. Alternative hoses are very thick.

My K2 has 2 breather hoses going down to footpeg in right side, valve cover and oil tank.
I guess I could connect them with a T-pipe, only one hose to footpeg. Maybe this is how it should be.

What does the bracket on the right passenger footpeg look like? My k6 is missing this, it was loosely cable tied to the outrigger.

Correct on both.

Per

The K2-K5 here in the states had the transmission and the valve cover vents drop behind the motor below the swingarm where the carb overflow tubes are. Only the K6 went to the passenger peg from the valve cover (in 1 piece hose)

Correct on both.

Per

I guess this was like that here as well.
The model here was K2 until K6 arrived. No K3-K5 here.
Frame numbers on K2 1975 in the K2 number area, K2 1975 engine like US K5.

I'll update my K6 as it once was regarding the valve cover breather hose.

Keeping track of all the US and Euro differences is confusing! I imagine there were other areas that got a mix of both.

UK  models similar. No K3-K5 if I have cot it right
Their rear light different than the Swedish. We had K1 type, K6 included, blinkers K1 style too.

PeWe has it. Pictures of mine. The other end (very long hose) connects to the cam cover breather.

Another problem to find the correct hose.
1/2" oil hose is way too thick.
Need a thinner....
