Identify markings on CB500/4 camshaft

Hi, wondering if anyone has seen these markings on a 500/4 camshaft before? Out of a used (in parts) motor I've sourced. I realize from previous posts the "R" stamp marks are irrelevant. See photo attached the "1" and what could be a V or Y. No other ID markings present. Total lobe height measures as standard spec for 500/4.
Any comments welcome, thanks

Unless its bèen repfofiled by somebody probably means nothing

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!
