Is it possible VIN number in CB 750 Four?

Hello old Honda connoisseurs,
Please tell me is it possible to have a VIN number without CB at the beginning of the marking? What's going on here?

BTW that picture is not clear enough to read.

1972 Suzuki GT380 I had charge of it for a year in 1973 while my friend was deployed and learned to love street riding....
New CB450 K7 after my friend returned...
New CB750 K5 Planet Blue, demise by ex cousin in law at 9,000 miles...
New CB750 K6 Anteres Red, to replace the totaled K5, I sold this K6 at 45k in 1983, I had heavily modified it, many great memories on it and have missed it greatly.....

Could be a replacement frame.
New replacement frames were unnumbered and would have been stamped by whoever repaired the bike.
Or original number was ground off and restamped.  Hard to tell from photo.

What is the engine number?

A USA bike would have a vin number on the left side of the steering neck and a vin plate with matching numbers on the right side of the neck.

The CB750-210 vin prefix were used on bikes sent to Europe and South america (not usa).
The vin fonts are not correct for factory stamped frames.

all the above....not a honda stamping.
Also , multiple pics of the bike and as asked, the engine # help identify what model .
A basic search using CMS seems to put that frame # in the K2 model zone, but I couldn't find where "210" would fit in.
It could very well be only for models in europe and south america. CMS  is not an absolute source, just another tool.
However, I did find that the U.S. '77 750 F's frame # did start with "210".....preceded by CB750F...

CB750 21***** is in the range for a 1975 UK K2.
