Pretty rough. If I spotted it at a local swap meet, the wheels would interest me. I’d offer $1200 if the engine is free (turns over) for parts. Unlikely I would try and restore it.

Sure it has Lester wheels?
Campagnolo was popular here in Sweden late 70's-80's.

ISR brakes?
That was good stuff for racing, swedish brand.
Footpeg sets were usually Raask on those bikes , also swedish brand, still in business.

I have a Muscle Machine fiberglass set too. Bought it 1985, never used it.
Also Swedish brand. Same company made bathroom things after the motorcycle stuff.

Issue with fiberglass and modern fuels.

If that bike should be functional, I guess a seller should asked $4000-5000US.  A buyer must be found too. Asking price and selling price can differ.

K0 frame and registration increase price.
If there are functional K0 speedo and tacho another good detail.

I think that K0 engine cases van be found to make it better.

Here another Muscle Machine build I saw 2023.

I've wondered why folks put XXX in when discussing frame and engine numbers.

Some states it is fairly easy to get a new title for an existing bike that you have no paper trail on, from what I hear anyway. Providing a valid serial number might give somebody less than savory a valid serial to re number a bike that was stolen perhaps ??

Pretty rough.

Hey John...not everyone has the luck you have in finding nice, clean classic bikes!

I see a really cool racer that with a lot of labor [and money!] could bring back an awesome bike.  The body reminds me of a Tracy.  I restored a similar bike several years ago.

Pewe would be the best judge of value as it appears this bike in in Europe, but I would guess around U.S $2000 would seem to be a fair price with the wheels and hi-po parts

Yes the prices in adds must be different in different countries.
One thing what they want, then what people want to pay.

The CB bikes best values are in stock condition.

USA got most of them and seems to be possible to find for low prices

If original tank, side covers, 4-4, both fenders and gauges are missing.

Possible to calculate the other way.

A good looking stock K0 valued $12.000US?
What about all missing parts?
Not cheap to get.

The aftermarket parts not much value.
Unless the ISR parts are brakes.

I'm sure the MM bike I saw at a guys home is a fun memory of how they could look like.

I found a CB500 pic with the typical look. Rear fender missing.
I ordered a short fiberglass fender while they still had parts.

4-1 was usually a swedish Stigefelt. Foot pegs Raask, wheels probably  Henry Abe.

But people in the US have been engaged full time since the 1990's at least buying up nice bikes and exporting them back to Japan and other places who want them. One guy local to where I grew up would fill a shipping container every month.
