What does the brake pedal bracket look like? F had a rear disc. If you look through the little triangle above the chain guard, there appears to be a caliper strut bracket, and the rear rim looks like an F1 wire wheel. I'm not as familiar with the European bikes though.
77F also had aluminum rear peg mounts.
That rim looks like it has a K drum brake hub
