Oil filter compatibility

A friend of mine has 3 Honda oil filters #15412-413-005.  Any reason they wouldn’t be ok in my 1976 CB750?

I’ve measured one that I have and sent the measurements to my friend.  He’s out in the prairie southeast of Saskatoon.  I’m out on the left coast in New Westminster.

Yup.  They won’t fit.  Too short and fat.  I reckon they’re left over from when he had a CX650 and a CX500 to which he added a turbo.  He never did get that one running well, but it was fun watching the build.
