CB750 Dual Front Disc Speedometer Drive Mod

Looking for info on either a modified replacement speedo drive part or one of those nice billet ones.

Depends on which centre hub you have, does it have 2 machined flats or not
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

No reason to spend any money.

Take the existing drive and with a cutoff wheel remove the lip on the side that faces the wheel and install. The pressure from the forks will hold in place just fine. Here are pictures from my swap with my Lester front wheel. Ignore the pockets I added to my rotor as they are 100% unnecessary. Both my front rotors have been set up so that the bolt head and nut of the bolts that hold the rotor to the hub are countersunk for clearance. If yours are stock you may need to find a thin nut or grind yours down slightly to make extra room.

Who did your discs… .   the one pictured looks to have a  Blanchard ground finish…?
