The friction plates are availeble at ALTO products corp.
Part number 047700 FR HONDA 2 SPEED HEG 73-79.

Steel Plates look to be Part Number 047701 incase those are also needed.

Fatsco has them too:

We have the old Honda two speed clutches in stock.
Friction plate (1377HM) $5.82 each
Steel plate (1212HM) $6.10 each
