CB750F1 rear wheel spacer dimensions
« on: May 21, 2024, 02:42:31 PM »
I have some trouble with the rear fork and spacers om my 1976 F1, it seems either is the rear axle 4-5 mm to long or is the drive side spacer possible to short. The one I have is 18,5 mm on the driver side (should be part no. 42311-392-000), and 22,5 mm (should be part no. 42311-357-010 on the brake side.

I would be very grateful if somebody could check their parts stash and measure the right ones.

First and easiest, what is the length of your rear axle? We can eliminate that quickly. 11 7/8" not including the "head" ie shaft only

Spacer (#35 in the book) 42605-300-000 (the -300 indicates this is also a K model spacer) on the flange side 33mm - sprocket side

Spacer (#13 in the book) 42311-357-010 (collar, rear wheel side) by the axle nut 22mm - disc side

Spacer ( #9 in the book) 42311-392-000 (the -392 indicates this is a F0/F1 item) (collar, rear wheel side again) non-flanged 23mm

Hope this helps. If everything matches just look hard at the build/fits
