About runout.
I got a rear tire that I could not get right  despite several attempts.
A very bumpy ride.
Measured the vertical runout on tire with a dial indicator.
+2.5 mm on 1/3 of the tire. On rim not much.

The wheel had same type of tire before without issues so I knew the tire was to blame.

Contacted the seller, they ordered shipping with pick up from my home and sent me a new tire.

Good idea to measure the runout on rim before, check tire after the assembly.
