I think you are correct Little_Phil. I want to scrap the center stand but do understand its usefulness.

CycleRanger thanks for video. I just don't have the strength, old man.

DAY5: No stuck float bowls today. Adjust the rear drum brake, was slightly engaged when resting. Rode for 30 miles no issue.

I did however notice that when taking off in 1st gear there is a slight loss of power right before taking off each time, so I had to rev just a bit higher than I would like. Does this mean my jet needle position needs to be adjusted or do my main jets need to be swapped?

Friday evening ride 50 miles small roads and freeway no issues. A lot of people wondering how that vintage Honda is still running being almost 50 years old, lol.

DAY 5/6: The weekend is here and had a few good rides totally 150 miles.  Yes, you guessed it over 15 minutes of riding with no issues. 44 mpg is what I am estimating.

Bell Bullit Helmet: Not as comfortable as my Arai helmet but I like the retro look with the reflective face shield. They need to do something about the front snaps of the inner liner. It presses against my forehead and I can feel the 2 snaps holding the liner in. Loud and noisy, but considering the weather I welcome the airflow of this helmet.

Bell 3/4 face helmet: w/ bubble shield, looks cool but only suitable for city cruising. not much ventilation, recommend riding this helmet with goggles and no face shield. Leather liner is not as comfortable as suede cloth in the Bullit.
