New member from Australia
« on: July 20, 2024, 06:51:34 pm »
I have just picked up a 1978 550 from an importer who brings classic bikes from USA. My "new" Honda has 24,000 miles on the clock and is in unmolested condition. Done oil change, new tyres, front brake pads and hoses, quick carb clean and it runs really well. I think its been standing for 10+ years so looking forward to a test ride.

This is my first 550. I had a 750 many years ago that I rebuilt the engine on. Being over 30 years old this 550 qualifies as a classic here in Australia and will be my club ride whilst I rebuild my 1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado

😎
I had a friend that had a 73 Eldorado, back in 1976, I loved the sound of it with the glasspac mufflers he had on it.
