getting ready to pack these up. had fun learning some stuff about them. after getting the tape and sand out of the original steel rearsets, I decided to try them on the pegs. seems the bone rearset front hole is kinda big for where the foot rest is but it fits in the swingarm peg hole for some reason. I tried the C rearset bracket they were switched. the lower hole is big for the foot rest but fits in the swingarm and the upper hole fits in the footrest but does not even fit in the swing arm peg. I thought maybe my bolts were switched but the footrest wouldnt fit on the swingarm end and visa versa. well I will never know. yes with that tab there the C rearset bracket will not fit unless modified or removed.

it is just like the others where it will fit but that tab is blocking it from fitting all the way. since it is just the screw for the brake lever it could be grinded down some for clearance.

hi bassboy it looks like 1/2 inch for the steel original and a little less than that for the aluminum reps. FYI these are going to be going back to seanbarney if you want to hit him up again about them.

Thanks! I designed some up in AutoCAD and will be getting them CNC cut from 6061 Aluminum. Just wasnt sure if 1/4" was thick enough or if I should go up to 3/8". I will most likely go with 3/8" material.

the triangle rearset I cast were 1/4 inch and I could stand up on them all day long. I never did the stand test with these but I didn't think I would use them to stand on.

Yeah, it looks like Cognito assumed that anyone wanting rearsets is more than happy to be cutting off any "unnecessary" frame tabs.
If it works good, it looks good...
