+1 to above. I was only looking for a golf cart rig, but this is 5x as useful.  I like that it is made in North America and their support network is very good.

Seems to me this is the only one that is just 4’ wide. Theoretically, it should fit in the back of a full size pickup bed. It just “squeals” into my 4’ X 8’ trailer.

Johnie….. Look around at used ones too. They are built tough and most of it is assembled using very generic parts, easily found or fabricated. Their parts support is excellent too. Good Luck!

Got my frame repaired on my ALM. Also got some things other things done to it including a new coupler kit installed. Here is a picture of mine after riding around just a short time. See the cushion coming apart. What would cause this, something in a bind or not in line

Which part is that w/ the cable bolted on top of?
The round alloy housing.. with the coupler ?

That coupler is very different than my older version. I’ll take a picture of mine tomorrow……. That 90* gearbox that takes drive to the front end was virtually impossible to drain on mine. It’s mounted in a way that makes it impossible to reach the plug. I had to 1/2 pull it out and them discovered th oil was “full” and very clean too!

It may not be properly aligned…
It has to be in line. within 1/2* degree at any speed or torque. Same with shaft centerlines…
Many believe the lovejoy type coupling can run like a u-joint.. it can’t….

Google LoveJoy couplers alignment procedure.. it’ll make you a pro at aligning them..😇

All my kids learned in our old Suburban, in a snowy COSTCO parking lot. I then sent to a local skid school that has a huge, flooded skid pad. Money well spent. They all have cars with standard transmissions too!

@BeneliSEI, what are the brakes like on Ruby? I picked up a 2015 LM650 and the brake pedal is so stiff with barely 1/8” of travel. Trying to decide if taking it all apart is the right move or not

Honestly….. Mine is the same! I took out the central cover and cleaned and lubricated the linkage (it’s pretty crude). Then I did bleed in fresh fluid when I got it, and checked the calipers and inside the rear drums, and all was clean and well adjusted. I suspect a smaller diameter master cylinder would make a difference, but I just “stand on it”……. It runs so well I just left it alone. Is yours the Subaru 650?
