In the instruktions from Honda, they write that there is a 30A main fuse on a Honda Nighthawk, but they dont give the location. It is on not in the fusebox under the headlight. Do anyone know?

Maybe on the starter relay, a lot of the bigger ones are there
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

The main fuse is not a conventional fuse. It's a thin strip of metal that is fastened to the starter solenoid with two screws, which makes it difficult to replace, especially if you are stuck at the side of the road. On my '82 FT Ascot 500, I replaced it with a blade type fuse and holder.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!
