Looking for item #16 in the headlight assembly. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

Dave….. that nut is just Honda’s way of getting a ground out to the turn signal/stalk. If you can’t find one, just use an electrical eyelet end under a regular nut, and run a ground wire to it.

Or rust is the normal problem,  but MIA when a Windjammer was installed and the headlight bucket was removed could have happened too...

Yep. I just did this and it works fine.

The part is available from DSS, however, if you want it.

A possible hint: if you have troubles soldered a wire to the washer, sand off the zinc coating. Then it will solder with a propane torch OK.
