My CB650 gauges are a mess. I see on CB750faces.com there's a link to Tachowerk.de so I shot him an email. Anyone have experience with anyone else over here in Europe?

Awesome thanks guys, seems like Peter Hornton (Kent400) is the way to go. I’ll send him an email.

Maybe we need a sticky of folks that do good gauge work, seems like a rare skill.

I’m in talks with Peter Hornton. He did mention he is also trying to cut back on gauge work. At least so he’s not as swamped. I don’t get the indication that he’s stopping though.

He also said that my gauges are more rare compared to 750 and 550 gauges so I hope he can still do what he needs to do.

We've used Peter Horton here in UK for many CB SOHC 4 gauge restorations ang gauge servicing. Excellent work and very competitive with his PRICES.
Trust me I'm a Nurse, I promise it won't hurt....much

I’m happy you remember my misadventure, but no, the one who had my gauges for over a year was in fact Marcel of CB750faces.com.
After I had back from Marcel the gauges was nice to look but working worst than before.
Luckily after that bad experience I found TACHOWERK in Germany and he not only gave the life back of my gauges (now they’re working as they’re intended) but he was fast to give me back and very kind. I’ll have other gauges from my 400 and 500 four and this winter I’m going to ship at him these ones too because I trust 100% his work

Oh... ok, thanks for straightening that out. Good to hear they were taken care of.
