That is VERY cheap if you compare it with DSS.

2 condensers plus 2 points will be expensive.
I always replaced the complete plate in the 80's. I saved the old ones so I could identify the old TEC's a few years ago.

I bought 3 sets (1:4+2:3) of NOS TEC points for $25US some years ago.

Next step to Dyna-S will not cost that much more today with that price.
I have not tested the Dyna knock offs yet. They look very similar, ordered from a US eBay seller.

Yamiya has a good relationship with Honda.
Honda sells parts to Yamiya.
Yamiya probably got the Toyo points plates and condensers from Honda.

Yamiya changed shipping company to Sweden. From the very good Japan post to the ultra expensive UPS from the Covid era.
More than double the price.  I also have to pay 25% VAT and customs cost, making ca +31% on shipping as before.

So order  from Yamiya is my last choice. Only if not available elsewhere. This despite the good Yen rate.

Strange, CycleX shipped via UPS for a  good shipping cost, quickly within a week.

I hope they can change back to Japan Post.
Webike used Japan post last time so Japan Post is still shipping.

Can you request Yamiya to use Japan Post on your order?

While the condensers are affordably priced,, I was estimating incorrectly, the shipping  increases the amount significantly. But given that the TEC condensers are about the only good option...Then the final cost is the price to ride given the current choices available.
