I’m having trouble with blown fuses since installing the Dynatek electronic ignition on my 74 CB550.
Directions say to run the red wire to a ‘key switch power source’ so I tied it into the brake pedal power. I’ve used the same connectors I’ve used on previous builds but removed the waterproof covers for the pic.
Based on their directions I think I’ve connected everything right. Anyone here run into this issue?
Bike ran ‘well enough’ with the points but I wanted to see what all the hype was about with the Dynatek. The issue didn’t start until I installed the Dynatek.
