Thanks everyone.......good encouraging thoughts.
I'm doing the home PT now, first therapy PT Tuesday.
Next return appointment to doc...7 Nov.
Pain, iis not as bad, just taking tylenol, gave up on the oyxycodine. And simple aspirin for blood clots.
Left knee is really bad too, doc wants me back in here as soon as possible to cut that one up.
Plus rotator cuff tear in te right shoulder that has to wait till these are thru.
Sh1t, I'm a walk pain factory.........been like this since early 2020. already had left rotator done, and neck surgery, no help......still in pain.
Thanks all for hanging with me.
WhyNot2,I imagine your forum name is similar to the knee replacement you need done
I know what the one member here mentioned about doing the PT:yes indeed.
I have a right foot problem(not too serious)w/ a crooked section that I've been living with for a number of decades and I'm just tired of living with it;I'm right side dominant..
I'm on Medicare and treatment by the majority of Dr.'s out here is Very $ limited.
I finally found a Good Podiatrist who accepts my Medicare and I'm going in on Nov. 7 for 'bone cutting' surgery on it this time(had a mild operation done to it 8 yrs ago, wasn't worth much)and I'll need to be on crutches or in a wheelchair for 8 weeks
I won't be able to ride, drive, etc.,plus I don't know anyone here in this city;not sure what I'm going to do about connecting with someone here who cares, but I'll find out.
I live on the 2nd floor w/ only stairs and the Dr. said I'm Not allowed to put any weight on it until it's fully healed.
