Topic: Honda CB750 HM 341 Exhaust Pipes

I just received these photos in my inbox this morning of Honda CB750 Exhaust pipes For Sale.  According the seller they are HM 341 genuine pipes.  I'm not exactly sure what I am looking at? or what he is offering me??

If they are Genuine Honda HM341's, each silencer will be stamped CB750 HM341 and have the position where they fit stamped on them as well as the compliance stamping. If they don't have HM before the 750, they are replicas. Ask the seller for photos of the stampings.

Look closely….. Those are the correct pipes for your bike. Four “uppers” and two lowers. Note they have had repairs and some paint coverup. If the offer is unsolicited, I’d suspect a scammer…..

Thank You for looking.  Definitely not a scammer but a well known person on a Thai Honda Forum.  Here in Thailand delivery is often made COD with payment made only to the shipping agent upon delivery.  Also the buyer can open the package and inspect the goods before making payment.  If anything is amiss the buyer can reject the shipment with no payment. 

I will have my Thai friend contact the person and clarify which pipes he is selling and condition.  Seller is very responsive.

Very Good To Know - Thank You.   Rust is a huge problem here in always hot and humid Thailand.  I also live only 100 meters from the ocean and the salty sea air is highly corrosive.
