If the rest of the exterior of that tank is like that....that's a nice tank, correct color. You said the inside is bad, but you'd be surprised sometimes how well the inside can clean up. Stock air box is a plus. Once again, not there, no visual.
Looks like the wiring harness outer sheathing's been removed. New valve caps.
Wonder what shape the muffler's in, being a stock exhaust. Both side covers ?. All depends on intent.
