hello
« on: March 23, 2007, 12:16:55 PM »
Hello from Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada.  I am riding a '77 CB750 that has been in the family since about 84.  My father ran it up until 4 years ago when he parked it.  I took it over two winters ago.  Right now it is tore down for some fresh paint.  I am looking forward to finding some advice on stripping this down further and advice around sprockets and chains as well.
Here is a fairly recent pic, before tear down..

That's a very neat looking custom job. Are you going to make any more modifications when you do the rebuild?

Welcome!  And are you going to keep the black color, or something new?

thanks for the comments
Sissy bar is already gone.  it will have a complete paint job frame and everything else will be black, this time with a clearcoat finish though.  Tank is going to change to a '94 Sportster 883 2.1 gallon i think.  Frame was chopped along time ago and the swingarm was lenghtened 3 inches.  the custom 4-2 exhaust now ends right under the foot pegs.   not sure what else i am going to do.  i would like a santee style electrical box and perhaps a different style oil tank.
