here's a great little camera and mount.

that sony is the shiznit w/ great video and audio capabilities.  about $120-$150

the mount consists of velcro straps available at many hobby/dept/hardware stores for about $2
and the case which i purchased at target for less than $5

very sturdy.

hopefully, the pix are self explanatory.
